Tuition and Fees |
| |
|
A $150 nonrefundable Application and Enrollment Fee must accompany the
Enrollment Agreement. A $100 enrollment fee will be applied to the tuition
upon attendance to DMAC. The balance of tuition is to be paid through
approved financial aid, loans, or personal finances. |

Tuition Payment Due Date: Balance of tuition is due upon acceptance at DMAC. Deadline is four weeks before the first day of class in the intended semester of attendance. |

Living Accommodations are not included in the tuition and fees. Other fees include: Students Services ($160 per semester),Parking Decal ($58 per semester),Graduation ($150 per degree program),Late Registration ($100),Late Payment ($100) and Technology Fee ($635 per semester) for all majors. |

REFUND POLICY |
| |
|
Tuition is calculated on the supposition that a student will continue for the duration of the academic year. In view of the fact that a seat in class has been held in reserve, tuition will be refunded in accordance with Digital Media Arts College withdrawal policy. Students withdrawing from the college must comply with the proper authorization policy and procedures as defined in the catalog. Students will be responsible for all tuition, fees, books, and supplies for each semester they are presently attending in addition to any prior account balance. |

Cancellation/Withdrawal Calculation |
| |
|
- Withdrawal at any time before the first scheduled day of the semester will
result in a 100% refund of tuition and fees. The College will retain the
enrollment and application fee of $150.
- Withdrawal at any time during the first week of the semester – 90% refund of tuition only.
- Withdrawal at any time during the second week of the semester – 85% refund of tuition only.
- Withdrawal at any time during the third week of the semester – 80% refund of tuition only.
- Withdrawal at any time during the fourth week of the semester – no refund.
If cancellation occurs within three business days from the signing of the
College Enrollment Agreement, application and enrollment fees above $150
will be refunded to the student. Refunds will be sent within thirty days of
the date of notification of withdrawal student. |

Transferability of Credits |
| |
|
In the event that a student wishes to transfer from Digital Media Arts College to another education institution, transfer of credit is at the discretion of the accepting institution.It is the student's responsibility to confirm whether or not credits will be accepted by another college of the student’s choice. |

The College reserves the right to impose rules and regulations and to enforce the same by appropriate actions for infractions, including suspension or expulsion,where necessary.The College may suspend or expel a student at any time because of unsatisfactory spirit,conduct,or scholarship without having to make specific charges. |
