POLICY STATEMENT
DMAC reserves the right to change programs, courses, curricular structures, requirements, regulations, rules and/ or fees noted in this catalog at any time without advance or subsequent notice.
It is the intention of DMAC to offer uninterrupted courses of study to its students. In the event that it is unable to continue some or all academic instruction because of a natural disaster or other event over which the institute has no control, tuition, room, board and other fees are not refundable.
DMAC reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, display or retain works of art produced by students enrolled in its academic programs.
DMAC is not responsible for loss or damage to student work or property.
DMAC photographs campus activities throughout the year for publication or public relations purposes. Students who do not wish to have their photographs used by DMAC must notify the Office of the Registrar at registration.
GRIEVANCE POLICY
A student should be free from unfair, biased or improper actions on the part of any member of the academic community. If a student feels that he or she has been subject to unjust actions or denied his or her rights, redress may be sought by seeing the chairperson of the department, if the student is unable to satisfactorily resolve the issue with the individual at hand. If the student and the chairperson are unable to resolve the issue then the student may contact the Dean of the College.
