financial aid: Eligibility Criteria
    
     
     
 

In addition to demonstrated financial need, students must meet all the requirements listed below in order to be eligible for financial aid:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent degree (GED)
  • Have a valid Social Security number and be registered with that number as a student at DMAC
  • Be registered with the Selective Service (if you are a male over the age of 18)
  • Not owe a refund on any previous government grants, taxes, or be in default on any previous government loan
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress in the selected course of study
Other eligibility criteria may exist for specific programs.
