Senior Admissions Representative II

Department: Admissions
Job Type: Full Time

The Senior Admissions Representative II is responsible for contacting prospective students to provide information regarding DMAC educational programs, enrollment process, etc., scheduling individual tours and participating in DMAC recruiting events.   Responsible for meeting start goals and maintaining projected start conversion ratio.  Position reports to Director of Admissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly/intake individual semester start goals.
  • Maintaining projected start conversion ratio for each term as determined by Director of Admissions.
  • Maintain contact with students/prospective students by developing and maintaining a systematic and efficient follow-up process on pre-enrolled leads and enrolled students.
  • Responsible for maintaining organized lead records on CampusVue by entering information and updating records as necessary.
  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting individual tours and presentations to prospective students, and participating in Open House and other recruiting events.
  • Providing adequate and reliable information to prospective students regarding DMAC educational programs and fees, enrollment process and career opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Partner with Financial Aid/Business Office staff to ensure a seamless enrollment process for all students.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven college admissions experience required 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft windows, word, excel and outlook.
  • Knowledge of CampusVue and Salesforce.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule.

Educational Requirements:

Associates degree required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred

Adjunct Professor

Digital Media Arts College is a private, accredited arts college with a multi-cultural and diverse faculty and student body in the heart of South Florida. DMAC offers specialized Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Computer Animation (and a concentration in Game Art) and Graphic Design (and a concentration in Advertising Design) as well as Master of Fine Arts degrees in Visual Effects Animation and Graphic Design.

Job Description:

Digital Media Arts College is currently accepting applications for Adjunct Professors in the following disciplines:

  • Animation
  • English/Communication (freshman composition, college writing)
  • Graphic Design
  • History
  • Mathematics (algebra, geometry)
  • Science (physics, anatomy)
  • Psychology

The Adjunct Professor will be responsible for preparing syllabi, creating online component of course, and instructing students in a classroom environment. The Professor is also required to hold office hours, advise students, participate in assessment activities and attend faculty meetings. The Adjunct Professor may also be required to attend orientation and technology training as it relates to the content and delivery of courses. Some courses may require evening and/or Saturday hours.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 18 graduate hours in the academic area for which candidates wish to teach and prior teaching experience at the college/university level is required.

The ideal candidate would possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively communicate with students to help them achieve their educational goals.

Education Requirements:

Masters degree required with a minimum of 18 hours graduate coursework in related discipline. PhD preferred.
