My name is Scott LeBlanc and I am a veteran art director and illustrator with over 16 years of experience in the South Florida advertising world. My clients have included both National and International brands such as Dunkin Donuts, BBC, and SilverSea Cruises. I won Gold awards in the American Advertising Awards, Creativity International Awards, The International Davey Awards, Hermes Creative Awards and The Communicator Awards. I graduated with a Masters in Graphic Design from Miami International University of Art & Design and Bachelors in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University. In my non-teach time, I am a private pilot, Aviation enthusiast, Boston Red Sox fanatic and owner of my own design firm Foresight Studios. My favorite thing to do is DRAW and my favorite application is Adobe Illustrator.
I love to teach because I get a rush from seeing student master a new concept or come up with a brilliant idea. I am passionate about the field of design and genuinely enjoy being able to share that enthusiasm. It honestly doesn’t seem like work. I enjoy the fact that there is always something new to learn or discover and then bring that into the classroom. I receive as much as I give to the students as they bring with them new challenges and fresh ideas. The learning is a two way street. Classrooms are also dynamic work environments, and no two days are ever the same, and of course knowing that I made a difference in the lives of my students is incredibly rewarding.
