Robert Leigh holds a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from the Miami International University of Art and Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University. Within the past 20 years, Mr. Leigh has worked as a Professional Graphic Designer, Print Production Manager and an Educator at the Secondary and Post-‐Secondary levels in Graphic Design and Communication Arts. He is currently a Full-‐time graphic design professor at Digital Media Arts College, and has taught at North Broward Preparatory School, Hallandale High and Fort Lauderdale High school in the Broward County School Districts. Mr. Leigh obtained his Art K-‐12 certification in the State of Florida. He also obtained his certification as a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Career and Technical Education. He has owned and operated his own print production shop that consisted of small and large format printers, embroidery equipment and production, lamination, graphic design services, high-‐speed digital printers and vinyl cutters for signage creation, printing, advertising specialties and installation.
Mr. Leigh has worked with several different types of design applications, print production methods (including print and signage fabrication, bindery and finishing), and has ventured in developing web sites with new applications and technologies. He donates graphic design time to Non-‐profits such as Boca Helping Hands and several schools and organizations in the South Florida area.
